The AI chat assistant

• Ani is an automated AI assistant. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong and do not create any commitment on price, scope, timing or anything else. Please confirm important details with our team.
• Do not share confidential, personal or sensitive information in the chat.
• Do not use the chat to generate content unrelated to our services, to try to bypass its instructions or safeguards, or to send automated or high-volume requests.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the site;
• send spam, malicious code or misleading information through the contact form or chat;
• probe, test or attack the site's security without our written permission (to report a vulnerability, see our security contact);
• interfere with the site or overload its infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, code, the Erebuni Technologies name, the lion logo and other brand assets belong to Erebuni Technologies and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, republish or use our name or logos without our written permission.

Other product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe technologies we work with. Their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erebuni Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or the chat assistant.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
